We've heard such great feedback from our customers, that we trust you'll love our products too. But if you're not satisfied for any reason, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund, less shipping costs for the initial cost of getting it to you and return to our warehouse. Returns must be made within 3 days of package delivery date. That’s it, no questions asked. We will email you a return shipping label which must be used to return your hair for tracking purposes. Returns are processed 5-7 days after arriving at our warehouse. Please note that depending on your method of payment and financial institution’s policies it may take up to 20 business days to return to your method of payment.
Please know that hair is considered a hygienic purchase and as such all sales are final if hair has been opened, used, washed, coloured or mishandled in any way.
